We'll talk some basic nutrition here, but mostly effective training techniques for maximal results. Nutrition has been becoming quite a touchy subject on YouTube as of late, many sharp opinions flying on what you "should or shouldn't" eat. I don't buy into that food-fear porn. I just try to use common sense and balance.
