Starting his martial arts journey from a young age with judo and moving on to brazilian jiu jitsu, Sebastian was not shy to injuries and had plenty. At the point of considering stopping due to his injuries Sebastian was finally persuaded to try yoga by his soon to be wife and all round yoga badass! Years later after personally feeling the benefits of yoga, Sebastian decided to start Yoga for BJJ and share his knowledge and understanding of yoga with jiu jitsu practitioners.
