We do benchmark WODs. Theyre the workouts you test and re-test, the workouts you do to memorialize heroes and celebrate events. Benchmark WODs are the WODs you give names to, so they become part of the common language of CrossFitters around the world.Our mission is to curate, and organize benchmark WODs and create videos that help improve your performance on those workouts and increase your fitness.We film athletes doing benchmark WODs and talk to them about their strategies or thoughts about the workouts. Most of the athletes in our videos aren't professionals. They're not promising to demonstrate perfect form or flawless strategy. They're just giving a workout a go and telling you what they thought about it, so you can hear it from their point of view.
