In 2017, 71% of the global population (5.3 billion people) used a safely managed drinking-water service free from contamination but remember over 892 million people practice open defecation and it is estimated that 1.9 billion people use a source of drinking-water that is fecal contaminated and hundreds of millions of people have no access to soap and water to wash their hands, preventing a basic act that would empower them to block the spread of disease. Diarrhea, Cholera, Dysentery and Typhoid contaminated drinking water is estimated to cause 2 million deaths each year worldwide. We definitely can do a better job reducing these statistics by providing affordable and sustainable solutions. My prime goal for this site is providing solutions and transparency to effectively understand water, the worlds most important resource. ___________________________________________Remember Water Matters!
