I may enjoy a lot of things, but DIY has always been my one true passions. When I was in kindergarten, all the children had to do an IQ test. Aside from the IQ score, my parents were told that I am very good at doing things with my hands, but math is not my forte. Being from an Asian family, my parents were greatly saddened by the unfortunate news that I am not good at math and couldn't care less about some useless "good with hands" skill. So they had me work very hard in school, and for the most part of my school life I excelled in math. When I moved to another town for university, I regained control over my life and made my own decisions because my parents were too far away to do anything about it. I started to do a lot of DIY during my very limited spare time. I guess, it's my "good with my hands" skills kicking in.The moral of the story:1. I like DIY2. Always do what you like and not try to alter who you are
