I used to be 300lbs and I've lost over 100lbs! I've been working out since I was 12 years old (19 years). I played sports all my life then once I started lifting weights that started my real passion. I trained like a powerlifter which eventually led me to be a 280lb STRONGMAN competitor. Through years of back injuries and being "obese" I decided to make a change. I followed many diets - Keto, Intermittent fasting, The zone, carb back loading, carb-nite, If it fits your macros, paleo etc.Along my weight loss journey I became a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach (10 years). Then eventually opened up my own gym in Connecticut. I've been a gym owner for 4 years now and LOVE my job!I compete in CrossFit competitions and workout a lot because it's my outlet/hobby. I like to try multiple diets and exercise plans so I can give my clients honest and REAL feedback. I now coach hundreds of clients online for weight loss & strength training #MARINOSQUAD
