'Ndudu' coined from the word 'Nududu' means food in my tribal 'Ewe' language (from the Volta Region of Ghana), hence 'Ndudu by Fafa' means 'Food by Fafa'. All recipes have been trialled in my NDUDU Test Kitchen. My recipes undeniably are inspired by my Ghanaian heritage (thanks to my Mum) and the diverse cultures I have been exposed to, as I live in London. Find both traditional and fusion African recipes here on my YouTube channel by subscribing, as I share my expert knowledge on how to use spices and herbs.Featured in:International TV Stations:ITV - This Morning, BBC , BBC AFRICA, CNN, ABNTV & GBCBrands:Vlisco AdvertManna FoodsMagazines;Guardian Food Glam AfricaOkay AfricaMelan MagazineWedding Digest NaijaBUSINESS & SPONSORSHIP ENQUIRIES EMAIL;[email protected] the transcript of my recipes on my food blog;http://www.ndudu-by-fafa.blogspot.comInstagram @ndudu_by_fafa.Facebook: NDUDU BY FAFATWITTER: NDUDU BY FAFA
