Natural Tennis Solutions will hopefully persuade every tennis player out there to play tennis the natural way. In my opinion, the natural way means being relaxed and letting your body's natural movement take over while you play tennis. Our mind tends to try to jump in while we play tennis and it confuses our body and makes it tighten up. This leads to poor performance in executing our strokes. I hope to make things simpler for players to let their body work while their mind stays out of the way. I know this may take some getting used to but the rewards far outweigh the losses in or out of competition. In order to achieve full relaxation we need to let go of the playing not to lose mentality and always play to swing with full intention. As we get better at this we realize that tennis is not as difficult as we may have originally thought.
