In May 2016 I started my weight loss journey on Instagram @myadventuretofitSince then, I am 92 pounds down! My height is 57 for those asking :) Starting weight: 230 Current weight: 138I'm a single mom to 2 beautiful babies. I started working out at home 30 mins a day and doing a gluten free/dairy free diet. After losing 60 pounds, my weight was stalled and then had to try something new. I then started my current lifestyle diet called My Adventure to Fit's 21 Day Meal Plan AKA @21DayMealPlan on Instagram which has grown to over 100k followers in just one year.
