Short yoga classes 15-20 minutes every day. We did a 365 days challenge 2016 and now 2019 we are doing another one with focus on yoga and gratefulness. If you want to change your life you have to start with something small that you do everyday. I wanted to create a community where we change to happier, more loving and healthier people together and that became MarlingYoga. Completely beginners yoga for anyone, even the experienced yogi that just wants to feel a part of something. Going thoroughly through the basics in yoga with a mix from hatha, ashtanga and kundalini yoga. Focus is to awake the spirit and awareness within. It a great way to start your day no shower needed after and you have made a connection with yourself together with the other subscribers. Yoga is a journey just like life, I am trying to communicate a tool I have been given to embrace the gift of life through awareness and giving. Lets do it together!
