Ive been an Electronics Engineer since 1998 and have worked in the R&D departments of a number of tech companies producing a range of products from milking robots to feeding and monitoring devices for patients in intensive care. If there is one thing that Ive realized in my working life, its that, in order to do my job properly, I needed a deeper and more thorough understanding of the important mathematical principles that I was taught at university. We all learn in different ways. I am a visual learner, but everything in university had been taught to me through mathematical formulae.
