Since I was young, I have been in the kitchen. I have always loved creating recipes, playing with ingredients and making food that is not only good for you but tastes good too. My philosophy when it comes to food is that every time you eat you have the opportunity to nourish your body. Food goes beyond calories, it is the most powerful tool to change your health and change your life. If you dont believe me try some of my healthy desserts like my skillet cookie or almond butter swirl brownies. All of my recipes are gluten-free, dairy-free, refined sugar free and mainly paleo. Which means they have none of the bad stuff but all of the wholesome foods that out bodies thrive off of. Plus, they are perfect for everyone, I just know you will love them.
