My goal with this channel is to motivate you to defy your limits and believe that anything is possible so long as you put the work in it. I have challenged my limits by completing four half-marathons and two multisport races (triathlon), all at over 300 pounds. However, I know that even though I can do all of this, 300 pounds is not healthy, and I need to shed the pounds. But, let me first explain. My highest recorded weight is 349 pounds, and I have lost 60 pounds. Oh I am a vegan too :)
