This is a repository of healthy recipes, workout videos, and more health or fitness related videos. Most of these videos are made between 2015 to 2016. The fitness and nutrition information can be outdated and I would recommend you look up more up to date nutrition or fitness related papers as new scientific information emerges. Feel free to try out the workouts with the permission of your primary care and try out any recipes you would like if you are not on any therapeutic diet. I may make more videos in the future from time to time however treat this channel as a repository.
