I'm a Norwegian guy who overcame social anxiety by embarrassing myself in public. I went to USA to study and started doing these hidden camera stunts. After facing a lot of social fear I was totally fearless on the outside. But I was still approval-seeking and insecure on the inside. So I had to face some internal fears, and lived pretty much like a traveling munk over the next years. It wasn't a whole waste. I learned a thing or two.
