I'm Ry, I cook for fun, and you should, too. On my channel you'll see a lot of meat going on smokers and grills like the Oklahoma Joe's Highland offset or the Weber Kettle. You'll see ribs and rib eyes, tri-tips and jerky, and some spatchcocked chickens are almost a certainty. There'll be deep frying of big birds around Thanksgiving and Christmas, and bacon-wrapped hot dogs when the 4th of July rolls around. I'll even throw in some soups and salads. You also might see some videos about things growing in my garden, and the occasional review of equipment and gear that makes cooking (and life) a little easier.As always, you should follow all safety guidelines for food preparation and equipment.
