Rolondas name, face, and now, even her distinctive voice, have been known by audiences of all ages everywhere, thanks to her many credits in television, film, radio, stage, and now even the book world, with the release of her first romance suspense novel, Destiny Lingers, which was endorsed by Dr. Maya Angelou. Most know her by one name, Rolonda, under which she launched her own internationally-syndicated talk show, produced by her Watts Works Productions and King World. The talker ran four successful seasons,1994-1998, making Rolonda a leading brand and household name to this day. A well-seasoned Emmy-nominated journalist, with a Masters degree from Columbia Universitys Graduate School of Journalism in New York, Rolonda anchored and investigated for powerhouse news stations, WNBC-TV, WABC-TV before hosting LifetimeTVs talk show, Attitudes" and Inside Edition, before her talk show. She is currently in Hollywood acting, writing, and launching a new stand up comedy career.
