Jacqueline is a Lebanese Belly Dance instructor and performing artist. She is of Lebanese descent and has been performing in Southern California since 2005. Her first teachers were Mara and Angelika Nemeth. She has been teaching belly dancing at California State University, Fullerton since 2008. Jacqueline has been featured on the Meredith Viera Show, has worked with international drummers, musicians, and filmmakers, and has over 21 million views on her YouTube Channel: Jacqueline Belly Dancer. Some of her favorite oriental dancers are are Amani, Ansuya, Dina, and Didem. She's a lover of the Modern Lebanese Improvisational style and teaches her students to embrace tarab, an Arabic term for feeling the music. She loves bringing her students to Middle Eastern cultural events and sharing the Lebanese culture with them.
